Using Bloomria

Version 2026-09-26. These terms describe the digital gift service and its paid options. You must have the legal capacity or required permission to agree to them.

Digital flowers and personal gifts

Bloomria creates digital flowers, bouquets, letters and gardens. No physical flowers or products are delivered. Appearance, motion and audio depend on the recipient's device and accessibility settings. A readable fallback may replace a live animation when the device cannot display it.

Your content and account

You keep ownership of your letters and uploaded content. You give Bloomria permission to store, process and display that content as needed to operate your chosen gift, garden, delivery or gallery entry. You must have permission to share the content and any recipient details you provide. Keep your account password, private management links and access codes secure.

Do not use Bloomria for harassment, unsolicited bulk messaging, unlawful content, infringement, impersonation or attempts to bypass access controls. We may restrict an account or remove content to address abuse, security concerns or legal obligations. Reports can be reviewed by authorized staff.

One-time gifts

Premium: US$1.99. Cinematic: US$3.99. One-time payment. Paid features activate after payment is verified. Prices include applicable tax. You pay the amount shown in the displayed currency. pricing page.

Unlimited membership

Bloomria Unlimited costs US$4.99 / month billed monthly until canceled and includes personal Premium and Cinematic gifts during each paid period. It renews automatically at the price disclosed at checkout. It is intended for personal gifting; automated bulk or spam sends are not permitted.

Cancel renewal at any time through the billing portal linked from your account's membership page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and benefits continue until that date. Previously granted paid gifts remain keepsakes after cancellation. Failed or reversed payments can prevent new paid gifts or suspend the related entitlement. Any future price change will be disclosed before it applies to a renewal.

Business membership

Bloomria Business costs US$7.99 / month, billed monthly until canceled, for one business and one account. It includes unlimited Premium and Cinematic client gifts, branding, reusable messages and client gift history. Cancel renewal through billing; access continues until the end of your paid period.

You must have permission to use the logo, business identity and recipient details you provide. Send only to people who expect to hear from you. Automated bulk marketing and spam are not included. Existing branded gifts retain the branding saved when their membership entitlement was granted.

Scheduled delivery

Paid gifts can be scheduled in your chosen time zone. Bloomria attempts delivery at the scheduled time, but email filtering, an incorrect address, provider outages or a full inbox can delay or prevent arrival. Check the delivery status and retain your private sharing link. Only schedule messages to people who expect to hear from you.

Changes, deletion and refunds

Free gifts normally expire after 45 days. Paid keepsakes have no routine free-gift expiry; “keepsake” does not promise that a website will exist forever. You can delete your gifts and account. Deleting content cannot remove copies someone else has saved.

If a payment or gift does not work as expected, contact us with the purchase reference so we can investigate and discuss an appropriate remedy. These terms do not limit any refund, cancellation or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional checkout conditions must be shown before you pay.

Availability and updates

We maintain the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability on every device. Features may change as we improve the service or address security and compatibility. We will explain material changes to these terms and show the updated version. Nothing here excludes responsibility or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
